From the age of 13 I worked for my father's contracting company starting with the business end of a shovel and working my way up through the ranks over the years until I earned the right to run the daily operations. After 17 years of working side by side with my father, it was time to move on to my own projects and start a family. I started off with a small remodeling company of my own and grew much faster than I ever anticipated. While I thoroughly loved the work, my real passion was assisting my clients with questions they had about their house. From small maintenance issues to large structural questions I became skilled at directing them through the how's and why's of residential construction. When the opportunity came to move to Colorado and start anew, I knew my contracting career had come to a close. It wasn't until I went through the purchasing process of our new house that it hit me what I wanted to finish my working career doing.... Helping others make sense of what they were signing up for when they purchased their home. Giving people the knowledge and power to make informed decisions based on the home they have chosen. Peace of mind is only obtained when confidence is gained.
